CANCELLATION POLICY AND Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time specified by Cupid's Yacht.

By providing your payment information and completing your reservation, you expressly authorize Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC to charge the payment method used for the initial deposit for any remaining balance owed under these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Cupid's Yacht, we understand that plans can change, and our goal is always to provide the best possible experience.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

Guests are entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 72 hours before departure is not eligible for a refund or complimentary reschedule.

Failure to appear for the scheduled experience ("No-Show"), or failure to notify Cupid's Yacht at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time that you will not be attending, authorizes Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC to immediately charge the entire remaining balance to the original payment method used for the reservation.

If the remaining balance cannot be successfully charged, the guest remains legally responsible for the unpaid balance, and Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of the outstanding balance through collection agencies, legal proceedings, credit reporting (where permitted by law), or any other remedies available under applicable law. Any costs associated with collection, attorneys' fees, court costs, and related expenses, where permitted by law, may also become the responsibility of the guest.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Guests are solely responsible for informing Cupid's Yacht in writing before the scheduled experience of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions related to food consumption.

Failure to disclose any allergy, dietary restriction, or food sensitivity prior to the experience releases Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, catering partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from allergic reactions, illness, injury, or other related claims.

While we make every reasonable effort to communicate dietary requests to our catering partners, Cupid's Yacht cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food may be prepared in facilities or kitchens where allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, sesame, and other allergens are present.

Accordingly, Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for cross-contamination or accidental exposure to allergens.

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies participate in the experience entirely at their own risk.

Weather & Operational Changes

In the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, vessel issues, government restrictions, or operational circumstances determined solely by Cupid's Yacht, the company reserves the right to reschedule the experience.

Limitation of Liability

Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the experience, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Acknowledgment

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

You authorize Cupid's Yacht Experience LLC to charge your original payment method for any unpaid balance due under these Terms.

Failure to provide at least 6 hours' notice before your scheduled departure or failure to appear for your reservation authorizes Cupid's Yacht to immediately collect the remaining balance.

You understand that unpaid balances may be referred to collections, reported to credit bureaus where legally permitted, and/or enforced through legal action.

You accept full responsibility for notifying Cupid's Yacht of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before your reservation.

You understand and accept the inherent risk of food allergen cross-contamination.
