CANCELLATION POLICY
At Cupid’s Yacht, we understand that plans can change, and our goal is always to provide the best possible experience.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
- Guests are allowed one (1) free reschedule, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Any request made less than 72 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, will result in full forfeiture of the payment, with no refund or rescheduling.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational issues determined by Cupid’s Yacht, the company reserves the right to reschedule the experience.
